# 2.4 Manage Access

Click on three dots in front of the name of a project. Select the "Manage" option from the list to manage the access of a project given to the team members as shown in the following image.

The user will give the following types of access to another user.&#x20;

* **Operator** can only operate on the project.
* **Guest** cannot alter the contents of a project.
* **Manager** manages all the activities involved in team management.
* **Viewer** can view only the contents of a project.
