# 6.3 Perform Manual Annotation

The procedure for manual annotation is as follows:

* Click on image and select edit option <img src="/files/pugyNurAFF1aS7jwu1Fw" alt="" data-size="line"> to annotate.
* Annotate the image with the number of objects required as shown in the following image.

* Save the changes done by using <img src="/files/6JvvdELN87a7lXEetPzJ" alt="" data-size="line"> icon.
* Perform manual annotation on the maximum images possible. &#x20;

As the images are annotated, the number of objects detected will increase. This will reflect to the detailed report and summary report.

Select any image from the images displayed. Add annotations to it. Save the images with annotations as shown in the screen recording below:
